When a leading retail brand set out to establish the most extensive supermarket network in the Democratic Republic of Congo, they turned to a construction partner capable of delivering complete, fully operational retail ecosystems. Across Kinshasa, Lubumbashi, and Kolwezi, we have successfully planned, developed, and delivered 26 supermarket outlets — encompassing a combined total built-up area of more than 21,300 square meters of purpose-built retail and logistics infrastructure.

In-House Bakery Units Fully built and fitted bakery units at every outlet — complete with ventilation systems, food-grade flooring and wall finishes, dedicated utilities, and all mechanical and electrical provisions required for daily fresh baking operations.
Cold Storage & Refrigeration Infrastructure Professional-grade cold storage facilities across all 26 outlets — including walk-in cold rooms, refrigerated display infrastructure, and temperature-controlled storage zones — engineered for energy efficiency, food safety compliance, and consistent performance.
Warehousing Facilities Integrated warehousing at every outlet — purpose-engineered for efficient inventory management and logistics operations, with structural considerations including floor load capacity, racking provisions, ventilation, and secure access built in from the planning stage.
Full MEP Infrastructure Complete Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across all outlets — covering power distribution, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire suppression, and security — engineered for high-footfall commercial retail environments operating six to seven days a week.
Fit-Out & Finishing Full interior fit-out across every location — flooring, ceiling systems, shopfront design, signage infrastructure, checkout zones, and staff facilities — executed to a consistent standard reflecting the brand identity and operational needs of our client.
